Simmons bank has a credit card with a fixed APR of 7% or 8% that also offers 1% rewards. So, if you do carry a balance once in a while, it’s not a horrible interest rate.
you can apply for this credit card, . its made for people like you who have no credit history or bad credit. i wouldn’t be able to tell you the kind of limit you would be able to get but its guaranteed to be at least 1500 i think. i was able to get a 2500 dollar credit line myself with my horrrrrible credit.
All credit cards have extra fees. Credit card interest is very high compared to loans from credit unions and they are more flexible, allowing you to make your montly payments smaller sometimes. If you have to go with a credit card, I think you should get a rewards card (doesnt matter which company) I recommend not getting a credit card and getting a loan from a credit union instead if your credit is indeed good.
