Where to get a prepaid Visa Card in Canada?

I want to know where can i get the prepaid visa card, im 16, i don’t want a mastercard, because i travel a lot, but in Asian its all Visa.
I live in Calgary, there is the Citizen Bank, but theirs is not re-loadable and you have to pay a bunch of fees and crap. Like most online sites are for the US, help please thanks.
