Where can I get a credit card if I have bad credit?

Can I still get a credit card secured or unsecured if i have bad credit? How can I improve my credit?

   first premier bank and orchard bank. they helped bring up my credit score. they will only give you a low limit at first but it’s worth it. MAKE SURE to make all your payments on time, BEFORE they are due. AND make more than the minimum payment. Start w/one and wait a few months and then try for another one.
