The company should automatically issued one for you before it expired.
The card is no longer valid after the expiration date. Most banks or (financial institutions) send you a new one automatically with the same number but a new expiration date about a month before it expires.
not usually. just the expiration date should be different on the new card… and the verification code on the back.
Before it expires they will send you a new card you keep the same number and will have a new exp. date. usually 2 to 3 years till it expires again
