What credit card has the highest approval rate,no annual fee and balance transfers,and low interest rate,even for someone who has no credit established,or bad credit? Know someone who wants to get started establishing her credit,and someone who wants to transfer her balance to another credit card.

I am a divorcee and have both a foreclosure and bankruptcy on my credit report. I have a credit score less than 600 and I received a small balance credit card from Capital One and HSBC. I’ve had the Capt One for a couple years now but I just got the HSBC. I would try them both. Although credit requirements are tightening due to the current state of the market you may still qualify. The Cap One has an annual fee but otherwise they have been good to me.
There are still finance companies that believe that everyone deserves a second chance.
