  1. Most airlines have associated credit cards. But it all depends where you fly to most and from where. In Europe, the best is actually American Express, but you will have to pay a fee. It is more expensive than other cards, in general. It is also not accepted everywhere. Transfer the points to Air France, for instance. In the US, look at the airline that has its most important airport hub nearest to you. But you will, most like have to pay for a fee just to register to the bonus program of the card. The airline bonus programs tend to be for free.

  2. Bank of America Offers One, but I am not sure if it is only to account holders.

  3. Try here to find it

  4. There are several good ones - it really depnds on what airline you want to fly. I like Jet Blue so I use there is also a Delta Card on that site as well as a American Airlines one.

Hi there, this is a good site that should have some info:
if it helps please remember me :-) good luck!

  6. To many to name, check with your local bank and see if they offer one. Chase does and it is not a Credit Card it is your ATM and by signing like a Credit card you get points and no Intrest or Annual fees.
