Search engine terms: total household income on a credit card application, total household income living with my, living with my parents credit card household income,

If the card is for you, then you put down YOUR income. You do not include your parents income. It may ask you what your monthly mortgage is, or rent, in chich case you would put $0 if that is the case.
Just tell them 8,000-10,000 you’ll still get the card but it will have a lower credit limit maybe 500-1000 dollars
good luck
Your parents income is not yours. You need to use the amount on your W-2.
If you are married then total household is you & your spouse if applying jointly.
They are asking for your income - not expenses.
If the credit card is in your own name and you are independently responsible for the monthly bill, you should put the income from the part-time job. If you ratchet up the debt, the credit card company can go after your income. You don’t want to drag your parents into it. Otherwise, if your parent co-apply, you can include their income — then they are responsible for the payment.
Good luck and enjoy the financial independence.
