I’m looking for a perfect credit card where I can transfer balances, have nearly zero interest and can earn points for travel, etc. Which card is the best for that?

I have almost perfect credit but I don’t receive any rewards with my current credit card. I travel a lot and could use mileage points. What’s the best card available now?
