Do you know of the best palce to get one?
I have BOA right now and a credit card with them - should I stay with them or look somewhere else?
I asked for a credit increase on my current credit card at BOA and they said no.
Should I go somewhere else? Or [...]

I am looking for a credit card that has low interest, ideally below 10%. Any suggestions and where can I get it?
