I’m a full-time student and I don’t work. Do I include my father’s income since we live in the same household?

1. My position is a student
should i fill out the Employer ,worked there(for how long), and company phone#
2.Annual Household Income:
If i am a dependent and over 18, should i put 0?
3. i live with my parent, they owned the house, should i put OWN or RENT( i didnt pay anything)
