What are the pros and cons of a rewards credit card?

I always see cards that get miles, money for disney, whatever…and wonder if they are worth it. Some people are all for rewards cards…others swear they are not worth it, rates are too high etc.
Which really is better, and under what circumstances/spending habits? I am the kind who only uses a card when I NEED [...]

Applying for a Circuit City credit card and buying online? Will they really offer no interest for 36 months?

Should I do it? I’m planning on buying a Samsung HDTV thats about 1500.00, if I buy it can I apply for their credit card and really get what they offer? I’m definitely paying it off before the holidays, but they won’t sneak in any charges will they?
