What is the Damas American Express Credit Card? What is the difference between this Card and the American Express Gold Credit Card?

my icici application for gold credit card has been declined , can i apply for silver card ? or should i wait for 6 months to reapply again.

I recieved a a pre-approved credit card, i want to get it but i’m not sure if the company really exist. The card is called Horizon Gold credit card.
