I heard that you can call and get your interest rates lowered if you ask from your credit card agencies. I also heard that it is not possible. So I was just wondering if anyone had any success with this and if so, did you have to be aggressive? Thanks for any answers [...]
When the Fed Reservce cuts rates, do I see any benefits on my credit card bills?
What is the difference on fighting a recession with lower Fed rates of interest and lower credit card interest rates (including associated charges).
Please include an estimated time lag difference in effects as well.
We hear about how lowering taxes (for rich/for poor ?) and lowering the rate the federal reserve charges banks for loans helps stimulate the economy.
Would some implementation at the federal level of lowering credit card interest rates be a more direct way to stimulate the economy?
When I was deployed to Iraq my interest rate was 4%. Now that I am home my credit card interest rate got high. Now the soldiers and sailors act is only for debts acquired before the military. I got my credit card after I joined. Any suggestions on how to get it lowered.
I was phoned by Credit Services, phone out of Miami Fl who for a fee of just over 600 dollars said they could negoiate for lower interest rates on my credit cards. I hope this is for real.
i received 2 or 3 payments from a company that paid high interest dividends but after investing ten thousand dollars the government shut them down however, the credit card companies collect high interest rates and are allowed to continue business as usual…whats up
