I purchased a ticket frm Vancouver to Manchester through Zoom Airlines and my credit card company (Visa Desjardins) is not refunding my money. They are telling me to contact “the agency handling Zoom’s bankruptcy” and only if they deny my reimbursement will Visa Desjardins “dispute” it.
I really think they’re giving me the run-around. [...]

I called my credit card and they said since it’s been over 6 months, they cant do anything. Is the 6 months period a limit of the Fair Credit Billing Act?

I may have been misinformed but I was told various airlines allow you to use their airport club rooms at no charge when you hold a certain credit card. I believe it was one of the American Express cards. Delta, US Airways may be among those which allow guests with the card. [...]

would someone please explain to me how the airline credits are calculated on your credit card, tell me which trips you took and with which airlines (like which airlines accept those credits), and which credit card (which bank card) do you use.
