  1. DONT GET A SEARS CARD!!!!!! 28.8 interest!!!. ONly get a sears card if your making a major purchase (kitchen utilities) etc. that cost a lot. You can make deferred payments with usually no interest as long as u pay it off in time! make sure u pay it off or they will really ***** u off with a bunch of charges. Dont get it for a regular credit card though…interest rate is throught the roof.

    My advice to you is get a credit card from Orchard Bank where all you do is send the minumum deposit depending how much line of credit.

    You can get the credit score you needed.

    Stay at your house and don’t move again.

    Pay your bill on time and don’t be late.

My husband and I got a Lowe’s card to help our credit and right now you can get a card that is no interest, no payments for 12 months…your best bet is to do something like that, so you don’t get yourself caught up with high interst rates and not be able to get out of it…I also got a Kay jewelers card and as long as you make your payments on time, they are not that bad at all..

  4. Sears no longer manages their own credit card, Sears cards are now issued by Citibank. Most store cards are actually issued by someone other than the store

    Wal-Mart card is fairly easy to get, starts with a low limit but its issued by GE Money Bank (as is Lowe’s) but may allow to graduate to one of GE MOney Bank’s better cards

  5. Sears Cards are actually very easy to get. They partner with Householdbank which is a subprime lender. The downside is that the APR will be high.
