I purchased a ticket frm Vancouver to Manchester through Zoom Airlines and my credit card company (Visa Desjardins) is not refunding my money. They are telling me to contact “the agency handling Zoom’s bankruptcy” and only if they deny my reimbursement will Visa Desjardins “dispute” it.
I really think they’re giving me the run-around. [...]
I called my credit card and they said since it’s been over 6 months, they cant do anything. Is the 6 months period a limit of the Fair Credit Billing Act?

Please help…how do I get out of this? I’ve got a doctor’s note because I’m about to have a nervous break-down over this theft. They are non-refundable and I’m just sick about this. All advice would be appreciated.
Ok as you know I want to cancel this airline ticket I called the airline it is non-refundable the date to fly was 1/15/08
I think that is kind of stupid being that the date has not even arrived anyway I put it on my credit card what are the chances I will get a refund.
