Credit Card Discussion

I’m talking about a credit card that you can buy with a prepaid amount of money on it that I could use with paypal or just to buy things online. Is there such a thing?

maybe like a gift card or something, something you wouldnt need to pay fees for and just buy at the counter because i need to buy somethin online and i dont have a credit card and that website says it allows card with a mastercard logo, does that mean it allows prepaid gift mastercard?
