- What is the best Visa Credit Card to get that includes rewards and cash back with low interest rates? I have a low interest rate credit card through my University, however it offers no cash back or rewards program. I am solely looking for a good VISA,not anything else, rewards or cash back program that doesn’t get carried away with high interest rates.

They accepted the certificate and refused to take cash for the difference, insisted it must be charged to the Sears credit card. I thought Legal Tender must be accepted always. Am I wrong?
