Question about refund times on visa credit card?

I recently returned an item to a business and they told me refund times depends on the credit card company. I have visa. Does anyone know how long it takes?

  1. just because it is visa….doesnt really narrow it down there are about 800 banks that issue a visa (chase, bank of america, wells fargo etc) so each one might have different rules
    get on line (info on the back of your particular card) and you can see for yourself when it posts
