my credit card company acknowledge they did not send a bill, what is the law that protects me?
After trying to contact a live person using the phone number on the card about the billing problem I called the company number for applying for a card and had that person within 3 rings, whom forward my call. I received an excuse for late bills, computer problem.” It’s my responsibility to call for balance before due,” as I did so, I was told I would not accrue late charges, but I would not know if the card was compromised for a time of 61 days.
Review your credit card agreement for answer to this question. I am a credit fraud victim, 1999.

You should use your judgement. If the credit card payment was due on the 20th of last month, and you have not recieved a statement, then you should send payment in before that date of the next month. You should write to your credit card company, if it your first late payment, and they will most likely void the late charge and interest rate increase.
If they did not send you a bill you are still respeonsible for the payment…in the agreement in all of that fine print is a statement that you are liable to pay even if you don’t recieve a physical copy…it is up to you to just send a check or calll can keep calling until they send you one.
