You may want to check with a Credit Union. At times they will provide you with terms like what you’re asking for. I didn’t get a 0% interest from mine, but they did offer a 4.99% on the life of the balance and I didn’t have to pay any transfer fee’s.

  3. First National Bank of Omaha will give you no interest for 12 months or they used to but they charge the 3% transfer fee. It is a rewards card and I charged a new roof. I immediately got enough rewards to get an $80 credit on my bill. Capital One will not charge you a transfer fee but the interest could be anything. I just got a plea to transfer balances at 6.9%, no transfer fee. I used them for years but they sent me a letter changing my interest rate from 5.9 to 10.9 and that p*ssed me off big time. I could get a new card on the internet at 7.9 but they refused me that rate and I got the first card I mentioned and paid the transfer fee. Good ridance. Check out the internet but I don’t think you will pull off both at once. Usually after you get an account set up, they will send you balance transfer offers, some good, some not.
