Instant response - credit card?
i applied for the citi dividend card online, it says instant response on the website. I called the customer service because it didn’t give me anything, those people really **** and said ” it’s not a guarantee thing!!”. Well….then don’t put it up there, or at least tell people that you might get an instant response..it’s just misleding and very pooor customer service, i regretted applying for that card. I don’t really need one, but i thought it’s a good reward card……sigh!!
Citi ***** anyway. But you only get an instant response pretty much if you are approved or you have amazing credit. I know it stupid, I remember when i was trying to get my first card and i saw instant response, but i didint get one, then i got a letter saying i couldnt have one, why not just say that…..its retarded.
If this is for a credit card, they usually give you an instant response if you got approved. But if you weren’t approved they’ll mail you the letter stating why they denied you. If it’s not that, then I don’t know what’s their problem.
