How to prevent Pay pal from taking money from my bank account or credit card?

One guy opens dispute on me. I sold him a new phone and he broke it and he asked for refund, but I don’t agree to give him. So he opens dispute.

I’m afraid paypal gonna let him win and take money from my bank account. I am from India, will they take any action?

I have already deleted my bank and credit card information from their system.

Please Help ! My money amount on paypal already says $-200. But the paypal haven’t taken the money from my bank or credit card yet. Please Help !!

  2. Sounds like you need to take up a dispute with PayPal yourself. Did you have any information about a return policy on your auction for the item when he bought it? That might be a deciding factor. Good luck to you.

  3. Not a lot they can do if you go to your bank and change your account. Tell them you’ve lost your card and cheque book, that’ll make them change the whole lot.

  4. Your agreement with PayPal was that you would not do what you did. Close your account before settling any dispute. That was not nice. Right now you owe $200..
