I want to travel from salem to ernakulam. Trains are full. I know a bus is coming from pondicherry going to ernakulam. I want to reserve my seat with out going to pondy on line. But they are asking credit card. Is there any organisation with whom we can deposit money in indian rupees and they will do the online transaction on our behalf?
Similarly buying books from other countries.
Paying for web sites.

    I am not aware of any such websites or companies. However here are a few tips for online security.

    1) Never enter personal details on a site that is NOT secure. A site that is secure will have https instead of http in the URL window.
    2) Never enter personal details from an internet cafe or a place that you are not aware of. Office is fine though.

    If you follow the above 2 steps, i would say you are fine giving your personal details. However, it all depends on the site and payment gateway etc.
