  1. That is like asking, “How do I start a bank?” MasterCard & Visa have this one pretty much sewn up. If you just want to sell them, check w/PrivaCash or one of the other companies that issue them to find out how to become a retail vendor.

    No..not the same as starting a bank. Not easy..not cheap..but certainly doable if you have big bucks. See..the problem is those pretty cards have like a large minimum to start. No..there are several banks that would be more than happy to at least talk to you about all this entails:

    That should at least give you a start on this.
