How can i pursade a person to apply for a SEARS credit card?

my manager wants everyone to sell CREDIT! but once i opened 6 credits the other 4 credits by the way im NEW* but she wants to see MORE credits open .. idk how to do that or else im getting fired

  1. Just do you best and explain advantages of Sears card to the customers. In sales, you have to sell people things that they may not need. If you don’t like the sales job then I would suggest looking for another job or transfering to another department with a different manager.

  2. The best sales method is to threaten customers with a gun. Either they take out a credit card or they get shot in the foot. Simple and effective. And if you still don’t sell enough to keep your manager happy, you can shoot the manager.

    Well, in marketing and sales, lying is very important.

    You have to make customers see what’s not there. Basically.

    In my opinion, be natural, if you get overexcited or you try to convince them way too much they will sense those vibes.

    Like i said, it’s lying.

    But if your job depends on doing it, do what you have to do.

  4. Ask the customer May I put this on your Sears Card? You’ll either hear… (a) I don’t have a Sears Card or (b) I don’t want to use my Sears card. If they don’t have a Sears card, tell them they can save $15 on today’s purchase simply by being approved for a Gold Mastercard.
    If they already have a Regular Blue Sears Card tell them by upgrading they’ll receive $15 off, the Sears Mastercard has a lower interest rate than the Sears Card, they recieve points for every purchase they make, and they can use the Sears Mastercard anywhere not just Sears. You don’t have to lie to your customers just explain the benefits and people will apply.
