i want to cancel my prepaid card becuase the keep charging me with fees now i owe 10 dollars in fees how can i canel my prepaid card? it said if i wanted to speak with a person i needed to pay a 2 dollar fee but i credit card is blocked from further use. hoe can i cancel it?

  1. If they have a website, see if you can send a secure e-mail. Otherwise, write them a letter asking them to cancel it immediately. Enclose a check for the balance due.

  2. Personally, I would write them a letter cancelling the card (copy the letter) and send it certified. I would then ignore the bastages. You can check with: to see if they take any action with the credit agencies. If so, file a letter of protest with the reporting agency.
