It would be easy if we could all stop paying, but …
You will have a collection on your credit report, and possibly a judgement because they may sue you. If you can pay atleast the minimum please do so because this will ruin your credit!!
You can’t just stop paying your credit card. They will chase you to pay your debt, believe me.
they will sell it to a collection agency and the collection agency will try and collect. They’ll tell you anything to get you to pay. they’ll lie. You can negotiate a settlement. it’ll take months to do. We owe $16,000.00 havent made a payment for about 8 or 9 months. last month they offered us a settlement of $8,000.00.
