Has anyone else had charges placed on their credit card by a sketchy company called Valence Tech in Illinoi?

I was reviewing my credit card transactions this month and found a charge for 11.35 from this company that I never heard of. When I called them, a machine said to leave my contact information so that they could get back to me…like I was going to do that. Has anyone else been scammed for a few bucks by this company…I called my credit card company and disputed the charges…I would be on the lookout and be careful about giving these people more information.
