credit card transfer on card with multiple balance types?

credit card transfer

I’m trying to pay down a few credit cards that I racked up during college (yeah, I know)

So I have a card that I transfered a balance to at a locked in lifetime APR; I also used that card for purchases, so there are two seperate APR’s on the card for each balance.

So if I balance transfer a portion of the debt to another card will the purchase balance with the higher APR be transferred first?

  1. I suggest one card with one APR so you can keep track of it. After awhile, it will get confusing and they will sock it to you for more fees.

Just do one APR and one card.
