is there any geographical limits to using a prepaid visa card? what i mean is can i buy one in the States load it there and buy stuff from the internet while i am physically in africa?

I have tried RBC Visa card but its gambling restricted. Anyone know one that works?

I’m less than 18 and my parents have told me i can get a green dot prepaid visa from Walgreens.
I know they have to activate the card, but how would that work? Do they put their social and my name? Or my social and their name?

On a monthly Visa card bill statement does it show each item you’ve bought or just the companies you paid to?
