Can i use a prepaid visa debit card to sell on ebay?

Ebay always asks for a credit card to sell on ebay. But is it possible to buy a prepaid visa card and use it to be able to sell on ebay.
I mean the disposable ones or the rechargeable ones

   You mean the disposable ones that you pay for once, or the rechargable ones that you can add to the balance of?

   Generally eBay requires a credit or debit card that is attached to a bank account in some way because they’re required more for proof of age than proof of credit.

   No. A prepaid visa will not work. eBay verifies the billing address against the credit card and you don’t have a billing address with a prepaid card.
