Can I use a In Store Credit Walmart card to buy a gift Visa card at Walmart?

I threw away a recipt for a playstation I got at Walmart on accident. And go and behold something was wrong with it after 2 weeks, I returned it and they gave me a card with instore credit. I was wondering what we can buy off them. If I can buy a gift visa card with it so I can have some cash on hand?

  1. The VISA gift cards are cash only cards.This means no credit card/gift card purchases.Stop at an ATM before going.

    The Wal-Mart in-store credit card will allow you yo purchase anything that Wal-Mart has for sale inside its store.
