Best credit card with Airline Miles?

I am trying to find the overall best credit card that has airline miles. Would like a low apr, no annual fee, 0% into on purchases for 12 months, and bonus miles upon first purchase. Anything like that out there?

  2. First of all, I have not heard of any card with airline miles, that gives you 0% APR on purchases for any period. Interest rate on these cards varies and may change but overtime it will be about the same and not low. I like Citi PremierPass. There are 2 levels of this card. The regular gives you 10000 points on front, no annual fees, 0% on balance transfers for 15 month. You earn points on purchasing airline tickets and miles you actually fly.
    Elite level gives you 20000 point, enough for domestic round -trip ticket to $400.00. But it has an annual fee of $75.00. At the same time you earning 3 times more flight points. For my situation regular card is better. Also, you can consider joint card from CIti and American Exspress.
