Anyone ever work for Macy’s credit card services in the call center?

I was hired for the call center for Macy’s/Bloomingdales credit card services and just wanted to know if anyone has worked there before and how did they like it

  1. I worked there from Feb to Dec 2007. It’s an ok job, but I wasn’t fond of the scheduling and some of the company policy.

    Pay was pretty decent though.

  2. I worked there for about 3 months in 1999. Like the other person said the pay is decent, but I left because I wanted better hours and not have to work every other weekend. If you don’t mind people calling to yell and cuss you out about their bill statement, then you will do just fine! :)
