any opinion about pulaski bank credit card?

pulaski bank credit card offer 6.50% apr on purchase and cash advances and 0% apr on balance transfer up to 6 months…any of you having any experience with this bank?
what is your opinion about this bank and their 6.50 APR card?

   This is definitely a great credit card choice. Some people get put off because Pulaski charge a fee, but because the interest is so much lower, you still pay less than with other cards.

   I agree with Sarah.

   Keep in mind though, that because of the amazing interest rate, you had better have an EXCELLENT credit score to qualify for one of these cards.
